This Privacy Policy describes how AttendSys QR ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application and services. We are committed to protecting your personal data and your privacy.

1. Information We Collect

To provide a functional and reliable attendance tracking system, the application collects and processes the following information:

• Worker Profiles: Name, Employee/Worker ID, Department, Position, Shift schedule, and National Social Security Fund number (CNSS Number).
• Attendance Logs: Timestamps of checks (check-in/check-out) and associated check status.
• Camera Captures: Photos captured during attendance logging solely for verification purposes (photo-verified check-ins).
• Device Info: Unique device identifiers to authorize scanner hardware.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To record, manage, and report shift-based factory attendance.
• To verify identity and prevent identity theft during attendance check-ins using photo verification.
• To manage administrative access, system configurations, and registered scanners.

3. Data Storage & Security

All application data is securely hosted and managed using Firebase Services (Firestore Database, Firebase Storage, and Firebase Authentication). We implement strict security access rules to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or deletion of system records.

4. Camera Permission

The application requires access to the device camera to:

• Scan QR codes on worker badges.
• Capture verification photos during check-ins.

These photos are uploaded securely to Firebase Storage and are only visible to authorized administrators.

5. Your Rights and Access Control

Administrators have the capability to view, edit, or permanently reset/delete system records. Individual worker data can be managed or removed upon request by contacting the system administrator.

6. Account and Data Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your account or any personal data associated with the AttendSys QR application, you can submit a deletion request. Please follow these steps:

• Send an email to: yakhlef.said10001@gmail.com
• Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - AttendSys QR".
• Provide your full name and Employee/Worker ID.

Once requested, your account and all associated personal data (profile details, camera verification photos, and access keys) will be permanently deleted from our database within 3 business days. No data is retained post-deletion.
